I believe one of the best ways to grow a small business is slow and steady. This is exactly the philosophy we have taken in the gradual formation of Blanche's Beach Bungalows. We have been able to work with many guests over the past four years to develop a good understanding of what vacationers want in a beach house or condo.
We understand that proper maintenance and cleanliness are of supreme importance to our guests. I personally oversee the operation and maintenance of all of our properties on a weekly basis during the prime season. I believe this personal attention is key to keeping our guests happy and creating repeat business.
Originally, I am a South Carolinian from Columbia. I currently reside in North Carolina just north of the Myrtle Beach area. I am a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Marketing. My background has always been working with the public in a customer service capacity. As a high school and college student I worked continually in restaurants. Professionally, I worked in the corporate world as an accounting manager and human resources director. Slowly, my work has shifted full time into real estate. I have owned and managed numerous residential rental properties over the past 15 years. Most recently, I have fully renovated, designed, and furnished all of the properties that you see here available for guest rentals.
