Rental Policies & Procedures:
- A reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. Special event bookings, holidays, or monthly rentals will require a larger deposit.
- Final payments are due thirty days prior to check in. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
- Reservations made within thirty days of check in will require full payment.
- A damage/security deposit must be submitted with final payment. Amounts may vary depending on the property.
- Linens are not included in your rental unless specified in your agreement and rate detail. We offer linen services at an additional cost.
- We do not offer rentals to students or to groups with more than two minors unaccompanied by their parents and/or guardians. Generally we can not accommodate groups under the age of 25.
- We offer pet friendly rentals in all of our private homes. A pet fee of $75 will be added to your rental rate. Pets are not allowed in our condo units due to HOA regulations.
- All rates quoted include taxes and final departure cleaning.
- Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
