A reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. Special event bookings, holidays, or monthly rentals will require a larger deposit.
Final payments are due thirty days prior to check in. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
Reservations made within thirty days of check in will require full payment.
A damage/security deposit must be submitted with final payment. Amounts may vary depending on the property.
Linens are not included in your rental unless specified in your agreement and rate detail. We offer linen services at an additional cost.
We do not offer rentals to students or to groups with more than two minors unaccompanied by their parents and/or guardians. Generally we can not accommodate groups under the age of 25.
We offer pet friendly rentals in all of our private homes. A pet fee of $75 will be added to your rental rate. Pets are not allowed in our condo units due to HOA regulations.
All rates quoted include taxes and final departure cleaning.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
